Mexico. Anixter, wholesaler of communication, security and structured cabling products, has implemented a series of improvements within its concept of sale at the counter called Anixter Store, which includes a new personalized customer service through WhatsApp, the option to make payments through credit cards, and a new scheme of technical and commercial training divided by solutions.
The new personalized customer service called 'Anixter Contigo', available in Mexico City, provides support from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., through the instant messaging service known as WhatsApp. This will allow a sales executive to meet the requirements of channel partners, such as quotes, doubts, comments, suggestions, drastically reducing response times and delivering detailed attention to the specific requirements of each integrator.
In the case of the opening to the use of credit card, the wholesaler expanded the offer of financing options to integrators, to acquire what is necessary to implement solutions to their end customers through this payment alternative, thus streamlining the process of technology adoption and freeing up cash flow in the short term. The modality is open to VISA, MasterCard and American Express cardholders. In addition to credit card, the Anixter Store also offers the option to pay by debit card.
Finally, the value wholesaler has planned a new scheme of technical and commercial training in person within the Anixter Store, divided by solutions: Infrastructure, Video Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Detection, Audio and Video, Unified Communications, Accessories and Tools, which will increase business opportunities for integrators by specializing in various areas.
