International. Hanwha Techwin Europe Ltd has introduced Samsung's WiseNet Access ANPR solution that allows you to control vehicle access from the moment of installation.
The WiseNet Access ANPR (Automatic License Plate Recognition) solution takes advantage of the multiple features of the Bullet Full HD SNO-6084R/ANP 2 MP camera: integrated infrared LEDs, defogging and digital image stabilization (DIS).
These features, together with the latest version of the automatic license plate recognition software that is supplied pre-installed in these cameras, allow users to accurately register, monitor and control all vehicles entering an area 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, regardless of light or environmental conditions.
Samsung's WiseNet Access ANPR camera is easy to install and generates event notifications when it recognizes the license plate of an unauthorized vehicle. In addition, notifications can be configured so that different access control operations are activated: opening and closing a barrier, sending activity reports and images by email or FTP ...
"We pre-installed an anPR application on Samsung's cameras, tested and evaluated in its entirety, with the aim of saving installers, system integrators and users the considerable time and effort involved in having to search a long list of solutions available with ANPR," said Dan England, Technology Partner Manager at Hanwha Techwin Europe Ltd. "With the Arteco application on the SNO-6084R/ANP camera, ready to use from the get-go, costs and installation time are reduced. Thus, users immediately benefit from a truly integrated solution."
