Latin America. ISTC has taken another step in its strategy of expansion in the market, establishing the Fire Division, an area that has been strong in the company and that due to the permanent demand of customers and projects, it became necessary to create it.
Hand in hand with Rafael Meza, who is the new director of fire safety, and who has been promoted to take on this great challenge, ISTC strengthens its commitment and contribution to the industry with a directed advice, impacting exclusively and precisely in projects that require fire detection and suppression solutions.
Rafael, who was in charge of Central America sales management for ISTC, has more than 20 years of experience in the security industry with great experience in building automation including technical support and consulting. Her experience as Director of Engineering in different fire detection and suppression projects bring an important value for the development of projects with clients in areas such as industry, construction, government, transportation, among others.
"Forming a specialized Fire Division is vital to generate added value for our integrators, who will find in ISTC a group certified in NFPA standards, with experience in design and configuration in different applications. Making a difference and being an engine that generates new business with our integrators is the challenge of the Division," says Rafael Meza.
With this advance, ISTC becomes the pioneer and only wholesaler specialized in this area in Latin America and the Caribbean, thus offering its customers and partners new growth opportunities that are complemented thanks to the company's experience in the integration of security solutions.
