Argentina. The Government of La Pampa is processing the Tender to acquire video cameras for the urban surveillance service for the city of General Pico, which will be placed in different parts of the city.
In the case of the town of the northern province, the opening of the offers will be held on June 19 at 10 am. It should be noted that 26 new cameras will be placed to the existing ones and that the place where they will be installed was previously analyzed by the authorities of the Ministry of Government, Justice and Security and the Police Headquarters of the province.
The provincial government will acquire the video cameras and then work will be carried out in conjunction with Aguas del Colorado SAPEM, a company that will be in charge of the data transport network that interconnects the cameras with the local monitoring center in General Pico and with the city of Santa Rosa.
The concentration of monitoring will be carried out in the General Pico Omnibus Terminal and the Regional Electricity Cooperative (CORPICO) will be contracted the services of provision of electrical energy and the use of the columns where the video surveillance cameras will be installed.
The total cost for the acquisition, installation, commissioning, servers and the necessary elements for the building adaptation where the monitoring center will work will be around 250 thousand dollars.
In the same way, work is being done on the replacement for the future location of the video cameras that will allow to expand the urban surveillance service of the city of Santa Rosa.
