07/12/11. The City Council of Puebla launched the call to acquire video surveillance equipment with the capacity to transmit and record 15 images per second in real time and in high resolution that allows the sending of data to the Emergency and Immediate Response Center (CERI).
Under the face-to-face public tender CMA-SSPTM-LPF-008/11, which closes on December 23, 2011, it is proposed that the equipment will be composed of 13 Technological Video Surveillance Systems (STV), which include an IP PTZ camera with power supply, a pole with arm, a regulator, peak suppressor, a UPS, a cabinet, physical ground, WAN infrastructure (router) and a remote control.
Each camera will be covered by a dome and will be operated via software, will record day and night, with a rotation speed of 360 degrees in a second, will have motion sensors and a 24-month warranty; however, the document does not establish the exact location because that aspect is considered classified information.
In the event that the participants fail to comply with the requirements established by the City Council, the call will be declared deserted and the purchase may be made by direct invitation or award, such as the calls for the contracting of the pruning and demolition of trees service, convened by the Ministry of Environment and Public Services.
As well as those convened by the Secretariat of Public Security and Municipal Transit (Ssptm) to acquire uniforms, shoes and badges.
The other procedure that did not materialize is the acquisition of vehicles equipped with radio communication equipment that was closed on August 30.
Another deserted tender corresponds to the acquisition of a pipe truck and dump trucks requested by the Operating Agency of the Cleaning Service of the Municipality of Puebla and the tender for the paving of four roads.
