. Milestone Systems reported that its 2010 results showed a 56% increase in revenue, to 29.2 million euros (about US$42 million) compared to 18.7 million euros (about US$26 million) in 2009.
"A strong focus on creating additional sales offices around the world, certifying partners and hiring new employees form the positive figures that were presented on this occasion," said Milestone Systems CEO Lars Thinggaard.
In addition, the company reported that during 2010 they carried out more than 100 installations worldwide and increased their staff from 181 employees in 2009 to 246 last year. "We invested $48 million in product development," Thinggaard added.
