The distributor and consultant of electronic security equipment, Inalarm, signed a strategic agreement with Axis Communications, a provider of IP video solutions, through which Inalarm will market all Axis product lines, including cameras, accessories, video encoders and software for the Aztec country.According to Fernando Esteban, sales manager for Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean of Axis, he explained that distribution in Mexico through a wholesaler like Inalarm is of great importance for the company, since it strengthens the structure of distribution channels that is the basis of its business model.
"We offer one more option to our partners for the acquisition of complete network video solutions, seeking to venture analog video integrators to digital CCTV, estimating that IP video will occupy 50% of the market by 2015. Therefore, to prepare for the growth increases, what better than this new commercial relationship, which will undoubtedly be satisfactory for both companies," he concluded.
