In addition to the headquarters in Mexico City that will assist customers, the company has created a customer service center in Spanish and totally free, in which it will support different Latin American countries such as: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Venezuela.
Mirna Castañeda (pictured), who has been appointed as Sales Manager for the region and who will be the person in charge of this new office, commented that the company hopes that the establishment of this office, as well as the new logistics of support and customer service will help to increasingly improve its after-sales service in order to serve users more quickly.
