The ZOONA splice is intended primarily for surface applications. The back of the splice closure has a wall bracket ready for installation. Technicians can use it to fix the housing to facades or poles in a few minutes. The ready-to-use embedding with R&M's familiar fiber management can be inserted into the box in a few simple steps.

The new and innovative "QIKseal" joints for the various cable inputs are just as easy to place. Its assembly does not require special tools or technical knowledge. This reduces the cost and time of training and job preparation for installation companies.

Depending on the configuration, a ZOONA junction fits two looping cables or twelve individual cables. With the splicing and splitting trays of the basic version, up to 48 fibers can be managed in the smallest configuration. Other variants of the ZOONA model for up to 144 or 288 fibers will follow.
