United States. Boon Edam will exhibit non-contact safety doors and turnstiles, including a new optical turnstile, the Speedlane Compact, at booth #8037 at the ISC West exhibition in Las Vegas from July 19-21.
Prioritize the safety of exhibitors and attendees
The ISC West expo will be the first in-person national event since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Boon Edam is in open communication with ISC West about its plans to prioritize the safety of both exhibition staff and event attendees. All Boon Edam booth staff will wear masks and comply with social distancing requirements as reported by the event.

Integrated technologies for a contactless inbound experience
The COVID-19 pandemic has created a requirement for contactless and hands-free entry at all facilities and campuses. Security professionals are challenged to provide these contactless inputs without compromising physical security. Boon Edam will have all its contactless security entrances that allow security professionals to deter, detect and prevent unauthorized entry into their facilities. Each entry product will be fully integrated with third-party contactless access control technologies that are available on the market today.
The following solutions will be on display at the Boon Edam stand:
New Speedlane Compact Optical Tourniquet: This new turnstile solution was created from a market need for a premium oscillating barrier tourniquet with a small footprint, making it ideal for retro retrofit construction. The Speedlane Compact maintains the same level of deterrence and detection as its larger turnstile counterparts, while offering easy installation and integration with access technologies. The Compact will include a HID card reader installed inside the enclosure.
Lifeline Speedlane Swing Optical Tourniquet with Lifeline Boost Access Control Pedestal: This thin, oscillating optical tourniquet will feature a unique finish, coated with white powder and medium-height glass barriers for intrusion detection. The turnstile will be integrated with Boon Edam's Boost pedestal, which is specially designed to complement the aesthetics of the Lifeline series of optical turnstiles and house virtually any access technology inside. The Boost will include the latest version of Essex's credential card reader, the iRox-T, which now features Bluetooth and OSDP applications that extend HID Global's mobile access solutions.
Tourlock 180 safety revolving door: The unmanned security entry of choice for the Fortune 500, the Tourlock provides the highest level of two-way traffic performance while preventing unauthorized entry. The Tourlock at the Boon Edam booth will include StereoVision® infiltration detection technology and an AMAG Symmetry card reader to demonstrate the combination of fast performance with high security.
Circlelock Security Portal Only: Offering the highest level of security available in one entry, the Circlelock security portal uses StereoVision® technology to prevent intrusions in the most sensitive locations, such as data centers and executive suites. The portal will be configured to demonstrate two-factor authentication: an AMAG Symmetry card reader on the outside of the portal carries out the initial authorization, while facial recognition technology provides instant authentication within the portal: Alcatraz AI's secure, edge-based facial authentication access control device, called Rock, ensures that only the right person can enter.
