International. Hanwha Techwin unveiled the new Model Wisenet TNB-9000, it is the first camera that offers ultra high resolution of 8K for large spaces, according to the company. The intelligent analysis also allows this to be an effective monitoring tool, along with the HDMI output and compatibility with HPoE and Electro Focus (EF) mount lenses.
"This model represents the camera with the highest performance and resolution," says Mauricio Meza, Hanwha Techwin's Product Manager for Latin America. This highlights the ability to digitally approach any area of an image, without losing any detail, providing a powerful alternative to traditional multi-camera installations.
Greater coverage, fewer cameras
Many large areas such as stadiums, airports, parking lots, prisons, ports, etc. must have full coverage. Traditionally, this requires many cameras and is inefficient to locate a subject, view it live, or review recorded footage. This model facilitates and improves efficiency in operations management, which saves installation costs, maintenance, power, wiring, accessories, etc.
Intelligent audio and video
In addition to the advanced video analytics available to all Wisenet series, the TNB-9000 offers intelligent audio and video analysis based on artificial intelligence (AI).
"While conventional cameras detect movement based on the change of pixels of the video image, cameras based on Deep Learning generate event alarms by analyzing only people and vehicles, discarding other movements and thus reducing false alarms," says Meza.
Flexibility and performance
Finally, the EF (Electro Focus) mount lens holder, with remote focus, offers users exceptional flexibility in lens options and low-light performance.
The EF lens mount fits any Canon EF mount lens, allowing for a wide variety of focal length and aperture options. The angle view can be adjusted remotely, both vertically and horizontally, without reducing pixel density.
"This potentially reduces the costs associated with post-installation services," says Hanwha Tecwhin executive.
