Axis T8351 Mk II and AXIS T8355 are discrete, hemispheric microphones that achieve an ideal level of audio quality for professional surveillance, for hospitals, schools, banks and retail centers or any environment with a low level of ambient noise, where high-quality audio is required.
AXIS T8351 Mk II 3.5mm microphone increases the audio level in ultra-low noise surveillance. The microphone comes with a signal-to-noise ratio of 82 dB A- weighted (relative to 1 kHz @ 1 Pa, 94 dB SPL) and a maximum sound pressure level of 126 dB SPL (10% THD).
In turn, AXIS T8355 microphone can be routed up to 100 meters away from the camera via the optional AXIS Digital Audio Extension Kit. This, together with a signal-to-noise ratio of 76 dB weighted A (relative 1 kHz @ 1 Pa, 94 dB SPL) and a maximum sound pressure level of 130 dB SPL (10% THD) makes the microphone flexible when placed near the audio source.
Both devices include a 5-meter cable.
