Latin America. Johnson Controls introduces the latest version of its victor Video Management System and American Dynamics' VideoEdge Network Video Recorders (NVRs) to further enhance system functionality, performance and security.
The new victor Incident Locker provides a secure centralized repository to prevent sabotage of confidential video evidence and maintain the chain of custody.
The new point-to-point Multicast functionality prevents surveillance disruption even during VideoEdge NVR system upgrades and allows live cameras to be viewed from the victor client during the downtime of these updates.
With H.264+ support, victor with VideoEdge can reduce the need for storage space and improve streaming to bring greater flexibility and efficiency to operations. The addition of H.264+ support allows the victor customer to control video streams of various sizes, such as those generated by H.264+, H.264, Mpeg4, and Mpeg codecs.
The new version also allows You to integrate Illustra Pro cameras into any VideoEdge NVR implementation, whether it is an IP or hybrid structure, without additional costs or connection licenses. This greatly simplifies deployment when installing VideoEdge NVRs with Illustra Pro cameras.
