The new fixed dome cameras (FLEXIDOME) and bullet (DINION) IP 4000i, IP 5000i and IP 6000i now incorporate Essential Video Analytics as a (intelligent) function as standard, which allows these network video cameras to understand what they are seeing and generate metadata to give meaning and structure to video images.
So, instead of just capturing and storing video data, users can now use metadata along with video images to improve their level of security and make smarter business decisions using a wealth of statistics.
In addition to improving security, these smart cameras enable advanced intrusion detection, so users can set one or more alarm rules in parallel to receive alerts only when needed.
