Mexico. Getting involved in new technological trends, NVT Phybridge showed Mexican customers its new security solutions linked to the Internet of Things (IoT), said Andrés Mosqueda, the company's Business Development Manager for Mexico.
"At NVT we manage the CHARIoT line, which has to do with the Internet of Things. The equipment is designed to reach long distances and we have three switches that are manageable. They are prepared to work through UTP cable with categories 3, 5 and 6 and we can have maximum lengths of up to 600 meters. They are the FLEX switches, another CLEER, through a coaxial cable with the same length," said the executive during his participation in axis Solutions Conference 2017, held in Mexico City.
He added: "These switches offer the power at the end of the point, with a PTZ camera running; and the PoLRE switch, which is made to do analog to IP telephony conversions, recovering infrastructure when customers have Category 3 cables to be able to reach those long distances and have savings in cabling, infrastructure and materials."
Mosqueda highlighted NVT Phybridge's solutions: "Our product has been very well received, because today there is nothing with the potential that we offer. We are giving three years of guarantee as an added value."
