Axis introduces the AXIS FA series that integrates highly discreet modular cameras, which is based on a modular network camera concept, where the system is divided into a main equipment, FA54 and three sensor units: FA1105 with standard lens, FA1125 that integrates small lenses and the FA4115 dome sensor with varifocal lens.
This comprehensive solution allows indoor video surveillance to be more cost-effective and discreet since only using the FA54 main camera, videos with 1080p HDTV resolution can be transmitted with full frame rate, which come from four sensor units connected simultaneously and using a single IP address.
AXIS FA Series uses the Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) feature to capture optimized video on the move and in challenging light conditions. In addition, it has the ability to integrate advanced video analytics applications and has an HDMI port for connection to a public display monitor (PVM). The sensor units are small enough to be installed on surfaces such as the entrances of a building or on devices, without attracting attention.
