Latin America. Backed by studies and measurements that demonstrate the growth of social networks in Latin America, Iluminar inaugurated its new social platforms on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, with the aim of establishing a better relationship and communication with its customers in this region.
The opening of these communication channels is the second step of Iluminar in an expansion initiative that began with the translation of some of its manuals, both into Spanish and Portuguese, and that also includes the project to develop a website in Spanish.
"Latin America is a growing market in the security industry and in that sense it takes on more importance to Iluminar," said Mrs. Eddie Reynolds, president and CEO of Iluminar.
The information that has begun to be published is aimed at security integrators, for whom it is important to know the advantages of having superior lighting equipment for CCTV systems.
"Through these new channels we will publish news and novelties of Iluminar, also updates on the events in which we will participate in the region and where integrators and potential partners can visit us to know the technological offer we have. We will also share information related to the benefits of lighting in different uses and applications," said Eddie Reynolds.
The accounts of these social platforms have been active since May of this year, although Iluminar's presence in Latin America dates back to 2011, the year in which a representation agreement was established with LAR Group, a firm representing manufacturers with a lot of experience and trajectory in the Latin market.
