Latin America. The Security Systems division of Bosch, a global supplier of Security Products and Systems, protection, communication and sound systems for different markets and sectors, now has a new solution center, located in Costa Rica, to meet the demands of after-sales services of customers in Latin America and the Caribbean.
The process of expanding the technical support service is gradual and is expected to be completed by the end of 2016. The first phase will be in operation from July 1 and is aimed at supplying the needs of Mexico.
The centralization of the service has as its focus to guarantee the improvement of the quality of the service provided to the clients, as well as the satisfaction and loyalty of the same. In addition, this initiative complements the technical support offered in the different countries for the entire portfolio of technologies, products and solutions of the Security Systems division, including the Bosch Group brands such as Electro-Voice, Telex and RTS.
Customer service is performed by professionals specially trained by Bosch to provide greater agility and assertiveness in the solution of calls.
