Latin America. Hikvision advances in its positioning strategy in Latin America, and for this it has created corporate profiles on three of the most used social platforms in the region: Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Through its profiles on these platforms, Hikvision Latin America is providing its followers with specialized information about its advances, launches, recognitions and programming of certifications in the region.
"With the activation of these profiles, which we started in May, we want to promote greater communication and better interaction with channels and end customers in the region. Hikvision is growing enormously in several of the most important countries of the continent and we detected the need of many of our clients to communicate with us through those social networks. We are very happy to start our participation there and look forward to connecting with many current and potential customers," said José García, Marketing Director of Hikvision Latin America.
Much of this strategy is based on the growth in users that social networks currently have. According to the latest report by the Economic Commission of Latin America and the Caribbean, ECLAC, Facebook is the most popular social network in the region with 145 million users. In third place is LinkedIn and in fifth place, Twitter.
