International. Mobotix, manufacturer of network systems of video surveillance of megapixel cameras, is renewing its workforce in Spain in recent months.
On the one hand, Alfredo Gutiérrez Navarro, the new Business Development Manager for Spain and Portugal, has been appointed. Alfredo is a Senior Technical Engineer in Telecommunications from the E.T.S.I.T. of the Polytechnic University of Madrid. In 2012 he joined the Mobotix AG team as technical project manager for Spain and Portugal whose functions were the validation, homologation and certification of Mobotix products in large accounts and in the final customer, as well as pre-sales work, project support and technical training.
Just 3 years later, since July 2015, Gutiérrez has been appointed Business Development Manager for the Iberian market. Among Alfredo's new responsibilities are pre-sales efforts in the region, the relationship with distributors and partners, the development of the channel, the management of key accounts, the coordination of events and seminars, and the implementation of the strategy designed in the Mobotix headquarters together with Rainer Artelt, Sales Director Europe who is now also responsible for Iberia, and with the help of Tatiana Boquin (Inside Sales Manager Iberia) and Lucas San José.
Lucas San José, Computer Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, joined the Mobotix team in December 2015 as a Technical Project Engineer for Spain and Portugal. The functions he performs are the tasks of pre-sales, project support and technical trainer in the seminars that Mobotix offers to its partners.
