Mexico. After the start of its operations in 2012, the Card Personalization Center (CPT) of Inteligensa Mexico, located in Naucalpan, State of Mexico, recently received MasterCard certification, by virtue of compliance with the Physical Security Standards for Plastic Cards and the Logical Security Requirements for Card Personalization of said franchise.
The facilities of the Inteligensa Mexico Card Personalization Center were inaugurated in November 2012 in the framework of a ceremony, which was attended by authorities of the Government and Legislative of the State of Mexico, and recognized businessmen of the Mexican banking sector.
The CPT of Inteligensa Mexico has state-of-the-art technology and the most modern facilities and machinery for the personalization of cards, as well as a team of Mexican professionals and technicians, highly specialized, all of which makes this Center the most modern of its kind in Mexico.
Venanzio Cipollitti, President of the Inteligensa Group, highlights that "this is the recognition of the efforts of the CPT of Inteligensa Mexico to provide a quality service and a proof of our commitment to customers to offer them a comprehensive service in which security is a determining factor".
In order to adapt to the demands of the market, the CPT has successfully supported the process of migration to EMV chip in Mexico. With more than two hundred million cards migrated to EMV chip, Inteligensa is currently the largest manufacturer and customizer of EMV chip cards in Latin America.
