Mexico. Senstar, a world leader in the development, manufacture and marketing of electronic perimeter security systems, video analysis systems and security system administrator systems (SMS = Security Management Systems) is looking for Commercial Manager for the Mexican territory.
Purpose of the Position:
Serve customers by selling products and projects, develop new business opportunities and develop commercial proposals. Have proactive communication with integrators, consultants, distributors, users, as well as report progress and achieve the goals established by the Commercial Management.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute the strategies of the Commercial Manager in the preparation of proposals.
2. Generate and develop projects and sales.
3. Ensure the timely delivery of project and product proposals.
4. Support sales activities globally.
5. Maintain constant contact with customers, both by phone, e-mail and personally
6. Manage the relationship with customers throughout the sales, maintenance and technical support cycles.
7. Carry out work meetings with clients, surveys, quotes.
8. Generate sales reports and quotes for the Commercial Manager.
9. Monitor the competition by gathering market information on prices, products, new products, delivery times, marketing techniques, etc.
10. Resolve customer complaints by investigating the problem, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to senior management.
11. Maintain your technical and professional knowledge either by attending seminars, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, etc.
12. Support the administrative and accounting area in cases of collection
13. Comply with the established goals, reporting progress through the preparation of Forecast, sales reports, travel reports, activity reports in case of covering an event, visit, etc.
14. Actively participate in the annual work plan of the commercial area.
15. Actively participate in representative events such as exhibitions and meetings with associations
16. Promote the training of the company's product portfolio.
Job Specification (Schooling and/or areas of knowledge)
Level of Studies: You must have a degree of Lic./Ing. Preferably: Lic. Marketing or Electrical Engineer or Electronic Engineer.
Required Knowledge:
1. Sales Skills
2. Good Management of Office (Word. Excel, Power Point)
3. Basic management of Auto Cad for the interpretation of plans and preparation of technical proposals.
4. Basic knowledge of Project
Experience required:
In sales management, marketing and knowledge of the electronic security market in the Latin American market.
Languages:
English language proficiency

1. You must be a proactive person with a taste for sales and work under pressure meeting the goals set in the area, dynamic and innovative.
