Peru. Once the controversy and the allegations of alleged irregularities in the bidding process have been overcome, in just over two months 53 surveillance cameras would come into operation at strategic points in the Peruvian city of Piura.
The company Netkrom Technologies is carrying out the civil adaptation works, and after this the installation of the cameras will begin.
A group of these equipment will be installed in the main square, and in the Grau and Bolognesi ovals, as well as in the main bridges that connect the districts of Piura and Castilla.
In the same way, the cameras will be in the Mercado Modelo, the avenues Sánchez Cerro, Grau, Mercado Las Capullanas, the Ignacio Merino urbanization, at the height of the Santa Rosa Hospital, and in the Gullman Avenue with Circunvalación.
The transmission center will be at the base of the Management of Citizen Security and Municipal Control (Secom), and around this will be the monitoring of the five nodules or relay points.
