06/09/2011. Naical brings to cars something that until now we could only find in planes, boats and trains, the black boxes. The Car Angel BBX1 is a black box for vehicles that integrates video camera and digital tachograph with GPS, which also has compatibility with Google Maps. Designed for both private cars and fleets of small and large tonnage, the data and videos it records can allow you to deduce responsibilities at the time of a mishap, and even have precise control of logistics fleets and evaluate the way your drivers drive. Driving quality can also be monitored over very long periods, as it is capable of storing large amounts of information.
The installation of this black box does not require manipulation of the vehicle's internal systems, nor perforations or adaptations of any kind. Any user can easily install it inside next to the windshield, allowing the video camera to record everything that happens on the road. The recording can be activated by the driver or automatically when the Accelerometer of the Car Angel detects a sudden movement.
We can view the recorded data by connecting it to the computer by means of an SD card, and it includes the software to play and perform an analysis of the videos and the stored routes. For security, all data is recorded simultaneously to the internal memory and to an SD card. This ensures the availability of information even if the device is damaged or the SD card is accidentally or maliciously removed. Data and video can be stored encrypted and protected by a password, so that access is restricted to its owner, ensuring strict privacy.
It can be found in www.naical.es at a price of 349 euros.
