The event was organized by the Argentine Chamber of Electronic Security -CASEL-, the Argentine Chamber of Security -CAS- and Indexport Messe Frankfurt, and stood out for covering the three main sectors of the market: Electronic Security, Fire Detection and Extinction and Industrial Security, and Personal Protection, with the participation of 180 companies from eight countries such as Argentina, Brazil, China, Spain, Israel, Italy and Mexico.
During the opening ceremony, Marcelo Colanero, president of CASEL, said: "We have an important challenge because it is the first year that Intersec Buenos Aires is developed and that demanded a long-term effort but we were able to do it and now we bet on Seguriexpo 2011 and Intersec Buenos Aires 2012."
In the three days of the event, the Bicentennial Comprehensive Security Congress was held, in addition to training in electronic security with topics such as Electronic Fire Detection; Video by IP; Electronic Access Control Systems, among others. In addition, attendees had the opportunity to network at the 3rd International Business Round of Buyers of Security Products and Services.
