This course, which is taken virtually, depending on the time and pace of the students, aims for the monitoring staff of companies to learn how to provide their customers with a service of excellence.
The training consists of seven modules and a certification exam, as well as assessments of the learning process.
The methodology of the course allows that, if the training is taken in a single session, it lasts approximately seven hours, but if it is carried out in different sessions, the system saves the data and the exact module in which the student finished the previous class.
