Mexico. Representatives from more than 70 cities and municipalities in Mexico will gather during the National Meeting of Safe Cities, convened by the Asociación de Autoridades Locales de México (AALMAC).
The event will take place on Thursday, April 18 at the Citibanamex Center in Mexico City, as part of the 21st edition of Expo Seguridad Mexico.
"This is a meeting of specialists that will be attended by mayors, along with their officials and security teams, who will represent more than 70 entities of the Mexican Republic, who will express the challenges they face, their success stories, and listen to recommendations and good practices suggested by experts in the field," explained Laura Barrera, director of Expo Seguridad México and Expo Seguridad Industrial.
The director added that those who attend the AALMAC call will be able to update themselves, learn about technological advances, attend the academic program and attend other activities offered by Expo Seguridad Mexico.
"The Association is taking advantage of this forum to convene security managers from various cities and get the best out of the knowledge of the professionals who will share their world-class experience," he emphasized.
In addition to refresher forums, solutions and specialized services for the protection of people and property, Expo Seguridad Mexico will offer this year a high-focus training program that will cover the learning needs of all audiences.
"Our offering has been strengthened with new high-value activities. One of the main novelties will be the participation of the Security Industry Association (SIA), an organization recognized in the global security market thanks to its training programs," Barrera concluded.
