International. SoftGuard announced its integration and homologation with the Teams of the Ajax brand. This sum of efforts allows to receive and manage event information between the programs and devices of both brands without extra receivers.
The relevance of this union, in broader words, is that it allows two-way communication between a monitoring station and an Ajax hub, which enables the control and configuration of security equipment, and avoids the need to send a technician to the site.
However, these functions are available, to date, with Ajax Translator and SoftGuard.
Another relevant point is that command management is carried out both on the web platform and in the SmartPanics mobile application, so that the end user has total autonomy, with the possibility, for example, of activating or deactivating their alarm remotely.
According to Daniel Banda, CEO of SoftGuard, this alliance was due to the fact that Ajax, which is just generating its own distribution network in Latin America, found in SoftGuard a platform that already had a large community of users in that region. In this way, his company became a strategic ally to reach the largest buyers in Latin America.
Leonardo Spagnuolo, Technology Manager at SoftGuard, commented: "Our reputation of more than 20 years supports us by showing the world how our unique and customizable system applies the most advanced technological innovation to turn security into a new reality. After collaborating with Ajax, we can now announce their integration with our product."
Finally, Kostiantyn Karnaukh, Product Manager, Ajax Systems, also said: "As part of our commitment to grow in the Latin American market, the integration with SoftGuard is an important milestone for Ajax System."
