Colombia. On August 22, within the framework of the E+S+S Security Fair in the city of Bogotá, Lince Comercial and DSC held a fresh, striking event with a message that goes beyond the price competition between companies in the sector, leaving a lesson for the more than 150 attendees.
They were attended by the Colombian speaker David Gómez, author of the best seller "Bueno, Bonito y Carito", whose conference was addressed to his MVC (Most Valuable Client) clients, and in which through a speech of about two hours, he shared with the attendees the importance of generating value in the services they offer to their clients, creating differentiation and delivering as a result satisfaction, quality and trust, without the need to compete for prices with companies in the sector.
In addition, he emphasized the way in which they communicate that differential value they have, since, on many occasions, incorrect communication stagnates companies, despite having excellent products.
The MVC of Lince Comercial, are strategic clients that for a little more than two years have accompanied them in the intrusion market and with which different activities of relationship, accompaniment and support have been carried out throughout this season.
At the end of the event, the attendees received from David Gómez an autographed gift that Lince Comercial, Alarm.com and DSC prepared with great expectation. They were also able to enjoy a cocktail full of experiences, familiarity and new professional ties with a view to future projects.
