Mexico. Mexico City, Querétaro, Monterrey and Guadalajara were the places chosen by Hikvision to hold the first roadshow of 2016, an interactive stage to exhibit new company innovations, such as Smart IP 2.0 solutions (which include the analytics incorporated in cameras and recorders, without needing to acquire a separate license), the H.264+ codec patented by Hikvision, as well as 4K solutions and the Hikvision iVMS-5200 client-server platform.
Likewise, the intelligent POS and Business Intelligence modules were announced, for retail trade, and the Mobile GIS solution, for mobile video surveillance solutions such as fleets of securities transport vehicles, buses, among others.
"These roadshows are commonly carried out throughout the region with our distributors, to present to the integrators the novelties of the brand. They are interactive roadshows and we usually hold two or three events of this type annually in each country. Additionally, we carry out other roadshows more specialized in solutions or for a different profile of clients, " says José García, Marketing Director of Hikvision for Latin America.
The participants of this event were also able to know the HIKVISION VASP loyalty program, with which integrators obtain advantages such as discounts on projects, or the use of joint marketing material. In this case, the roadshow was attended by at least 200 people.
During these first months of 2016, similar roadshows have been developed in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Brazil, in order to continue the positioning of Hikvision as a solid company with extensive economic and technological support in the region for video surveillance solutions.
Also on the agenda are these spaces in Central America and the Caribbean where Hikvision has a presence. To this is added a second roadshow in Mexico and in the countries mentioned in the coming months.
"In the sessions held in other countries we obtained a considerable generation of leads. The system integrators were amazed with the possibilities that the brand can offer them and we were able to observe a high degree of participation and a very interesting level of questions about our solutions (especially those of high level), "says José García.
