Latin America. The A3SEC Group will present for the first time in Colombia and Latin America the WOCU 2.0 tool that will revolutionize companies with large infrastructures, providing an intelligent IP monitoring solution.
Due to the rise of the digital age and the continuous need to be connected to the Internet, the A3SEC Group, a leading multinational in Big Data for cybersecurity, monitoring, and intelligence, presents WOCU 2.0, a 4G tool that will centrally supervise and monitor large corporate IP infrastructures in Colombia and Latin America.
This tool will be able to monitor any item that has an IP address or connection to a local network or the Internet. That is, not only servers, databases, telecommunications devices, among others, but all kinds of components connected to the Internet or a network, revolutionizing Big Data, such as: digital meters of water, electricity, gas, temperature, Scada systems, security controls, printers, security cameras, sensors, televisions, etc., that have an IP address, all from the same platform. That is why it is possible to use it in any sector: financial, retail, utilities, manufacturing, services, media, telecommunications and government, among others.
Wocu overcomes the current challenges of new technologies, proposing a single corporate platform, rather than multiple interconnected dispersed applications to manage the entire infrastructure. Additionally, it has a scalable and distributed architecture, so that it allows to start from small deployments to large infrastructures, the result of mergers between telecommunications operators, bank mergers, energy deployments and government networks, in general, media where there is a changing environment of aggregation of multiple infrastructures in the same organization.
Telefónica de España is the largest implementation of WOCU, serving more than 500 Spanish companies, centrally with more than 350,000 IPs, in addition to having monitored events such as the management of European, national and municipal elections and championships such as the Cheste Motorcycle Grand Prix.
"Currently, in Latin America we have already begun to carry out pilot projects in important companies in the energy and railway sector, in addition to giving the possibility of use in ambulances and buses, among others, and as an MDM (Meter Data Management) component in SmartGrid systems. We want to exceed expectations and serve more than 300 organizations in Colombia and Latin America in the next 5 years," said Javier Díaz Evans, Vice President for the Americas of the A3SEC Group.
