Mexico. Key Business Process Solutions, wholesale distributor of telecommunications equipment, networks, video surveillance and professional software solutions; held a special session of Radwin, the leading brand in wireless solutions: Radwin DAY. Also proud to be suppliers for projects worldwide in more than 130 countries, they offered at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Mexico City this July 24 a breakfast with the aim of exposing their range of connectivity solutions.
The event focused on two of its product lines: Radwin 2000, the Point-to-Point Portfolio that reaches up to 200 Mbps; and Radwin 5000, which is the multipoint solution with a capacity of 250 Mbps. Both product families focus on providing Ethernet connectivity between two or more points up to 120 km (Point to Point) or 40 Km (Multipoint). A competitive advantage of these equipment is that they are easy to install in any of your outreach presentations.
Radwin links offer dedicated bandwidth links in both their point-to-point and multipoint technology, which represents to the end user, the security of having a constant network or internet service, without variations, despite adverse environmental conditions, such as rain or fog.
As for solutions in mobility environments, there is the Radwin 5000 Multipoint Point. This is capable of providing high capacity to movement units such as a train or subway and even oil platforms and their ships. The moving vehicle can receive up to 100 Mbps in net data capacity and can go at a speed of up to 200 Km/H without losing service. Radwin 5000 mobile supports vibrations which is a condition present in this type of applications. It also works in the 6GHz band, which is better placed to withstand environmental impacts such as rain or dust storms without having to compensate with large antennas like the competitor.
In order to have 3G and Wifi telephony coverage in rural areas, Radwin developed the 6000 series, which is a radio base of easy installation, compact design and low cost, which contains integrated WiFi, Ethernet port, GPS, 3G for cell phones and internet service guaranteeing minimizing the investment cost for these areas.
All Radwin equipment is IP 67, which means that it is internationally certified for outdoor use, in extreme humidity and dust conditions. There was also a practical demonstration of the transmitters and the different management and administration software solutions offered by Radwin, such as Radwin Manager, R-Planner: the planning tool, and Radwin RNMS: the management tool. Thus, the guests of the Radwin Day were able to observe these equipment in active mode and obtain a better understanding of their options when choosing Radwin as a provider of their transmission and connectivity solutions.
