Peru. La Molina will make its video surveillance cameras available to traffic, which will provide the monitoring service on traffic congestion, information that will be sent to the National Police in order to avoid vehicular loads on different roads.
During peak hours, the cameras installed in javier prado, raúl ferrero, del corregidor, los frutales, la molina and others will be dedicated to monitoring traffic in that jurisdiction, Mayor Juan Carlos Zurek announced.
According to the municipal authority, the use of cameras in traffic complements the road plans established by the Municipality of La Molina for the benefit of traffic, one of the main problems of the district.
In the Monitor oval, for more than a month a reorganization began that has allowed to save up to 40% the time of departure to the west of the capital, said Zurek.
To this is added programs of "reversible lanes" or the change of the direction of traffic at certain times of the day, which is carried out in four sectors of La Molina (Av. Ferrero, Av. Del Corregidor, Av. Los Frutales and Av. Los Fresnos.
