Axis adds Cignal to its sales channels for Argentina

altArgentina. Axis Communications announces the addition of Cignal at the silver partner level within the brand's Global channel program.


Cignal has demonstrated its specialization in the online sale of different key brands in the information technology market and has recently joined IP video surveillance offering the market a new way to acquire Axis products.

Cignal has an important track record providing telecommunications and networking solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises throughout the country. In this regard, Germán Luis Carella, Managing Partner of Cignal, comments: "At Cignal we seek excellence in the solutions we sell and Axis is the link that we lacked in IP video surveillance solutions.  Becoming an Axis Partner will allow us to provide our customers with a comprehensive solution of excellence."

In Argentina, Axis operates through its local team, its three wholesale distribution channels (Anixter, BGH and Solution Box) and business partners focused on different market verticals, including Conectia, ADSL Sistemas, Elipgo, Exanet, Lotus, Quinar and, the recently incorporated, Cignal.

It's a great opportunity for Axis," says Juan Pablo Tavil, Regional Sales Manager Spanish Speaking Countries at Axis Communications.

Axis' sales model, through wholesale distributors and channels, is one of the secrets of its success. The company adopts this same model since its foundation in 1984 and today benefits from being a well-known and valued brand among security sales channels. In addition, it is the first manufacturer in the industry to create a partner program with an open model for joint work that allows a close, broad collaboration and long-term relationship with its partners, creating an ecosystem of mutually beneficial opportunities.

Tavil adds: "Channels must be attentive to the possibilities offered by IP video as an added value for the customer. That added value derives not only from the high quality of full HD image, but also from the ability of cameras to analyze images and transform them into statistical reports."

"We are convinced that Axis will leverage other complementary networking brands of which we are currently partners and, in turn, these will create a synergy with Axis. Hand in hand with Axis, we expect our annual turnover to increase between 11% and 15%", concludes Germán Carella.
