Latin America. Hikvision has launched new bullet-type thermal cameras with Deep Learning and enhanced capabilities for perimeter security, including advanced fire detection technology. These cost-effective new cameras incorporate Deep Learning algorithms and an integrated GPU to support future updated algorithms.
With integrated deep learning algorithms, these thermal cameras generate accurate and robust behavioral analyses, including detections of line crossings, intrusions, input and output areas. The intelligent detection function of humans or vehicles allows to reduce false alarms caused by animals, camera vibrations, falling leaves or other irrelevant objects, significantly improving the accuracy of alarms.
Additionally, these bullet-type thermal cameras incorporate a GPU with advanced thermal image processing technology providing unsurpassed results. This high-performance GPU enables future upgrades with more complex algorithms and larger data samples to improve intelligent Video Content Analytics (VCA) performance.
Hikvision's bullet-type thermal cameras with deep learning algorithms can be used in security solutions for wide perimeters and in fire prevention, specifically in industrial applications such as power plants, airports, mines and farms. Also, the new single-screw arm for cameras is designed with installers in mind. Its small size and simple design make it easy to mount and adjust its position on walls, ceilings or pedestals.
This recent Hikvision technology is available with the DS-2TD2137, V1 series. In particular, the infrared thermal image sensor of this series is independently developed and manufactured by Hikvision.
