Latin America. Tyco Security Products, part of Johnson Controls, announces the launch of a new partner portal for its Connected Partner Program, which seeks to further simplify the process of integrating third-party software with Tyco Security Products' different brands. Through a simplified online request, easy access to the latest integration resources, and ongoing technical support, the new portal enhances the partner experience and accelerates the launch of integrated solutions.
The new portal allows technology providers who want to integrate their products with Tyco Security Products brands to have a single online access point. In addition, they can easily find complete documentation for integrations; download branded software, APIs, web services and SDKs; as well as access to online training resources and documents with frequently asked questions.
With a self-certification process, partners can manage the integration schedule at their own pace during all stages of the process: application, pre-development, development, testing, and launch. Tyco Security Products offers qualified technology partners exclusive access to their fully equipped laboratories, as well as the assistance of their engineering professionals.
"This offering with such a wide variety of unique integrations provides our customers with robust and reliable platforms that can operate with their current systems or other systems of their choice," said Conleth Donaghy, Senior Product Manager of the Connected Partner Program at Tyco Security Products. "The new streamlined portal allows our technology partners to access a more comprehensive and agile development process. With the online support tools and resources dedicated to the program, our customers can access more integration information and have more options to choose from," said Scott McNulty, Senior Product Manager of the Connected Partner Program at Tyco Security Products.
"For partners like us, the new Connected Partner Program portal eliminates the need to visit different sites to learn about integrations or download the latest development tools," said David Daxenbichler, President and CEO of Network Harbor, Inc., of Bartonville, Illinois. "With this approach, we will be able to save time and accelerate the implementation of integrated solutions for our customers."
Tyco Security Products' Connected Partner Program has nearly 200 partners and more than 400 integrations with its core brands, such as Software House, Kantech and American Dynamics.
