The fair, which will be held from August 17 to 19 at the International Business and Exhibition Center of Bogotá, CORFERIAS and is organized by Pafyc and Corferias, will be divided into three sectors: Telecommunications and informatics (efficiency), physical and electronic security (security), and prevention in occupational safety and disaster management (safety), becoming the ideal scenario for leaders in the security sector to meet for the exchange of experiences, goods and services and updating the latest market trends.
"More than a trade show, this will be a hub of solutions for all market verticals. We must think that this fair is an event of updating, innovation and change, at a crucial moment for the country, such as the one we are experiencing," said Patricia Acosta, director of the Pafyc organization.
Some of the themes that the fair will present in terms of novelties will be the infra – red cameras of high resolution, spy drones, helmets for protection at heights, printers and encoders for identification cards, communication radios, video recording platforms, access controls, road application software, tools for cybersecurity, video surveillance, home automation, GPS, safes, among others.
Acosta also revealed that the event will have an innovation capsule, a space dedicated to the exhibition of the main technological innovations of the fair.
Finally, he stressed that today companies, public entities, households and industries have increased their efforts and awareness of the importance of the implementation of technological equipment and developments of studies that allow a comprehensive protection of their investments or businesses, and the International Security Fair 2016 will be the center of solutions for each of the needs of these actors in terms of security and prevention.
