Colombia. Fortinet said FortiGuard Labs discovered a vulnerability (CVE-2015-3668) in the popular Apple QuickTime software that could be used for severe heap overflow attacks.
This vulnerability in Apple QuickTime could lead to the execution of arbitrary code and therefore, severe system crashes, both Windows and OSX, due to the versions of this software for multimedia. It is therefore important to update to the latest version of QuickTime, which contains the right patches to address this weakness.
