Responsibility in life, as in business, is something that cannot be left for later, it must always be assumed frankly and promptly.

"You can't escape tomorrow's responsibility by evading it today," Abraham Lincoln. In the last few weeks I have been quite busy that I had not taken the time to write and the truth is that I will always be busy, so I chose not to neglect this wonderful responsibility of being an instrument to help others improve their leadership skills or achieve their dreams.
Many think that responsibility is not a big deal and until they assume their responsibility they will not be able to reach their full potential in their lives.
I am responsible for how my life turns out, I am responsible for my gifts, talents, my successes and my failures, I am responsible for my dreams, my family, relationships, work and I am responsible for making this world better.
You may realize that responsibility is a big thing.
I have found that responsibility is a choice I make day by day and that every time I fulfill I can feel better.
It is to be like the administrator who is faithful to what was entrusted to him and who when he is called to account, his employer congratulates him for his responsibility.
Are you being responsible for what you have been entrusted with? Do you think it's not a big deal?
Whether you think it's small or big, the responsibility you've been given is a big deal. And if you are responsible in the small you can be responsible in the big. And if you are responsible in a big way, you will have greater responsibilities.
The truth is that without responsibility you cannot grow in life, nor in the organization where you work. You are responsible for your life and the choices you make.
How to take responsibility in life?
* Stop making excuses or blaming others for your failures.
* Stop being the victim and become the protagonist.
* Be free from fear and grant yourself permission to win.
* Turn your thoughts into actions.
* Strive to be excellent at what you do.
What do you think about it? Will you continue to live in the excuse or will you start living the life you want?
"Responsibility is to always know what needs to be done, but without leaving your principles behind."
Happy Sales!
