Latin America. In a heartfelt way, the company announced that this year will culminate the management of Valenziano, who until now served as Vice President and General Manager of Wesco Anixter for the CALA region.

Previously, the executive has had a remarkable career, holding several leadership roles, including VP of Sales for the Southern Cone, VP of Marketing for Latin America and the Caribbean and VP of Sales for South America, before assuming the role of VP and General Manager of CALA in 2011.
The new management
Similarly, Wesco Anixter announced that the call to occupy the position of Vice President and General Manager for CALA is Araceli Aguilar, who has been in the organization for more than a decade.
"Her leadership skills, strategic vision and deep knowledge of the markets make her the ideal candidate to lead our CALA team into the future. Araceli's journey began in January 2013, when she joined as Sales Director for the Metro and Southeast branches in Mexico. According to the company, her tenure has been marked by significant accomplishments, including the launch of sales initiatives for the SMB and Mid Market segments, which she has then expanded to all of CALA, leading to her promotion to Managing Director of Mexico, in July 2014.
"Under Araceli's leadership, our business in Mexico achieved a growth rate in service-associated sales of more than 70%, positioning Wesco Anixter as the preferred partner for integrators and end users in highly complex projects," Snowden explained.
Prior to joining Wesco Anixter, the new Vice President and General Manager for CALA held key positions at organizations such as Scansource, Ingram Micro, Samsung, and Epson Corp. Currently, Araceli lives in Mexico City with her partner Victor and their two children, Victor (14) and Julia (9).
