The system operates on layers of artificial intelligence technologies, including voice and behavioral biometrics, intelligent channel detectors, geo and networks, and ConversationPrint and DevicePrint algorithms, allowing legitimate users to be identified through the sound of their voice, location, device, and the way they speak, touch screens, type, and even move the mouse.
The analysis of these patterns allows to identify and raise alerts when a call or online interaction is probably fraudulent, identifying the authors whose profiles do not match those of a given client.
The company estimates that more than 400 million consumers annually perform more than 8,000 million successful authentications using its biometric solutions in the different companies where the solution is installed.
