Colombia. On July 25, 26 and 27, the first Kronos Monitoring Software Certification was held at the Solutec Group's facilities in the city of Medellín. Over three days, 12 attendees, mostly monitoring center administrators, learned how to configure the different applications available to the software such as video, GPS, round control, automatic notifications, implementation of actions and monitoring of alarms in Kronos.
First-class instructors taught topics on how to configure the software for effective monitoring, implementation and use of Mobile Apps, new functions and applications of Kronos software.
The attendees received the Kronos net version 3 Monitoring Software Management certification and verified the total integration of this software that will allow them to optimize the operation of their monitoring center and staff, improve and innovate the services offered to their customers, in addition to differentiating themselves from traditional services and being one step ahead in security.
The certification closed with a flourish with a City Tour through the city of eternal spring on Saturday, July 28, where attendees could integrate and learn more about the city.
