Manage technical service through SoftGuard's Web Dealer Mobile application

Latin America. All the information at your fingertips, at any time and in any place so that you can give your technicians the possibility to consult, configure and test an account through any SmartPhone or Tablet with the Web Access Dealer Mobile View module.

SoftGuard, one of the leading companies in the development of comprehensive software for alarm monitoring, thinking of its allies has created the module "Web Access Dealer Mobile View" a variant of the existing "Web dealer", which allows to manage the information registered in each monitoring account. This way you can determine the type of information that will be available for consultations, which can be done through a smartphone.

The Web Dealer Mobile View or AWDMV module allows you to query the status and configuration of an account or a group of them. Additionally, if the user is a "Technician", they can perform special tasks such as changing the status of an account, verifying the associated service orders and sending notices for arrival or departure to the target, from their mobile device with internet access.

How does it work?

Once inside the application you will be able to:

Search Accounts 
The Search filter allows you to get specific information about a record or a group of records. Depending on the filter selected you will be able to obtain information from a particular account or by selecting a filter by Dealer, you will be able to get a complete list of the accounts to which you have access. There you will be able to visualize: The situation and information of the account and the events received.

View Reports 
The "Reports" button will allow you to view a Multi-Account Report. In it you can see a list with the last events received, in a certain period of time.

Execute Technical Service Actions
The "Technical Service" button will allow you to view the tasks that have been assigned to each technical user with: Order information, account data, detail of the services, map or location of the target, visits, observations, claims, actions and output. As well as skillful, continue and finalize an order.

Put to the Test 
It allows you to change the status of the account by leaving it in "Trial" mode according to the option you choose by time or zone.

Contact a Contact 
This option allows you to communicate with the Monitoring Center by calling a phone call or by sending an SMS to a pre-configured number.
