"I started with analog cameras and VHS recorders and now I continue with IP cameras, servers, integration with all other security means such as access control and IP telephony."
In addition to his experience, Fernando has an academic background that makes him a comprehensive and ideal professional to support video surveillance applications, as well as Hanwha Techwin's support service centers for Latin America. Among his outstanding degrees are the certifications of Project Management and ITIL Services Administration.
"My main objective is to contribute so that Hanwha Techwin continues to position itself as a leading brand in the market, offering the necessary knowledge to integrators and distributors, and through our technicians, provide immediate and on-site support to customers who require it," said Chang.
The new support engineer also highlights the importance of having a service and support from the supplier brand when purchasing a product. "Hanwha Techwin has state-of-the-art devices and as a company we always make the effort to have the latest technology, the best evaluations and try to focus on the small details. Of course the service is always first, that positions us more and more in the video security market".
