Latin America. For the tenth year CommScope, a global company and leader in the infrastructure solutions market, held its CALA Partner Challenge 2017 meeting in Praia Do Forte, Bahia, Brazil, where it brought together 45 of its partners and 5 of its most outstanding distributors in the region, in order to maintain a close collaboration and recognize their joint work in the face of future challenges.
Performing the Partner Challenge every year is of the utmost importance to us, in this way we can continue to strengthen our relationship with business partners and, working together, make them go 'beyond' not only offering products, but being able to support customers with complete solutions," said Matias Fagnilli, Sales Director CALA at CommScope. "In the same way, the partners who attend the event can know first-hand the strategy for the following year, in addition to keeping up with everything that is coming in the future."
During the event, which was developed around the dynamic evolution of technology, business models and market development in Latin America, the importance for CommScope to collaborate together with its partners was pointed out, something different from what is done in the sector and that has distinguished the company throughout the region.
"The event revolved around sharing a vision, strategy and tactics so that, together with the community of channels and distributors, we can offer not only the best technology, but the best service and support to end users. We also made some approaches to the changes that are happening in the fast-growing and investment data centers, corporate networks and vertical markets, all in order to be prepared for the new challenges," added Carlos Morrison Fell, Director Field Application Engineer CALA at CommScope.
For Matías Fagnilli and Carlos Morrison Fell, one of the most relevant aspects of the Partner Challenge is the possibility of sharing the company's global corporate strategy, both internal structure, innovation and manufacturing capabilities, as well as its business partner development program and its local approach to Latin America, through which business partners become a trusted consultant for customers.
"This year we have the presence of more than 100 attendees from 45 of our partners from countries such as Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and Costa Rica; in addition to 5 of the main distributors who attended as sponsors and shared all their experience working with customers more closely. It is important to note that in order for partners to attend this event, they must meet certain requirements throughout the year to achieve certain objectives," added Matías Fagnilli.
Within the framework of the meeting, the CALA Awards 2017 were presented to the most outstanding partners in various categories: Newcom as 'Partner with the most outstanding training performance'; PGCOM as 'Partner with the most successful implementation imVision'; ERA Telecommunications as 'Partner with the highest revenues; and RETO as 'Partner with the most outstanding performance in the guarantee process', among others.
