Mexico. During Expo Seguridad 2017, Boon Edam will be showcasing its Speedlane Lifeline series of optical turnstiles, renowned for its sophisticated and innovative designs.
Also, for the fourth consecutive year, the management of the tickets to the most important security event in the region will be in charge of the brand: "being at the entrances of the show allows us to strengthen the vision that the client has of us," said Magdalena Reyes, Business Development Manager of Boon Edam in Mexico.
Among other features, the turnstiles of the series have the function of inactivity, which allows to save energy when they are not in use; In addition, its sensors detect visitors when approaching and its strips of flashing light guide them through the corridor.
The series presents three customizable models, according to the style of the barrier: Slide, Open and Swing, the latter will be exhibited at the Stand of Boon Edam (1425).
According to Magdalena, this year we will also "have gifts for our visitors and for the first time we will be offering discounts for future purchases."
Regarding the access control market in the region, the executive points out that not being focused on a single industry, sales vary every year depending on the vertical market, "in 2015, for example, the sale was very inclined to the petrochemical market, in 2016 it was very focused on the automotive, which continues to grow this 2017, accompanied by the corporate market".
That the end user feels safe and satisfied with the acquisition of the equipment, has been one of the slogans of Boon Edam, hence the effort to have increasingly aesthetic equipment and at a lower price without minimizing quality and safety, also looking for a way so that its maintenance expenses are low and the useful life of the equipment is long.
