International. AirLive Powered by Taiwan OvisLink Corp, announces that during 2017 it will put a strong focus on its connectivity products and solutions.
OvisLink Corp. was the first company in Taiwan to introduce Fast Ethernet network cards and switches when the IEEE 802.3u standard was established in 1996. True to its history and experience, AirLive once again puts a great focus on the segment of connectivity solutions. As happened years ago, this year the brand expects to generate a large volume of rotation in equipment for SOHO, SMB (Small and Medium Enterprises) and High End, with products in which there is no great cost-benefit offer in the market.
To this end, AirLive will expand its equipment portfolio, offering reliable and safe alternatives in all its business lines. In addition to working on solutions for PoE and fiber switched networks, industrial and extenders, among other novelties, AirLive will continue to develop high-power wireless solutions for indoor and outdoor links, as well as equipment for IP video surveillance.
For AirLive, 2016 was undoubtedly a period of transition. "It has cost us the beginning of the migration to a business unit based on a high percentage in our line of switching/PoE equipment, which by 2017 will be much more established among our channels and integrators," says Adrián Bongioanni, Sales Manager Latin America of AirLive by OvisLink Corporation. "As a point to highlight," he adds, "we can mention that we have exploited sectors that until the beginning of 2016 we had not been able to access, this is part of our current transition that finds us leaving a large consumer market in the IP video surveillance niche, migrating to 80% of the annual turnover towards the switching market."
During 2017, AirLive will be inserted even more in the IT market, competing with brands that were once the "day to day", returning to its origin as a provider of networking solutions in which it had a great acceptance and enormous regional and international recognition.
"We have planned a series of launches in the connectivity niche that will really revolutionize the market, positioning ourselves as always in the cost/benefit market."
