Latin America. This is the main conclusion of the presentation made by the Vice President of RISCO Group at the II Conference on Alarm Management Services held on October 18 in Madrid.
With the title "Alarm management services: new trends, specialized value-added services and collaborative models", this day is the second edition of the initiative led by the magazine Seguritecnia and which has been sponsored by Risco Group, among other companies, as well as with the collaboration of the Spanish Business Federation of Security (FES).
"Cloud Solutions. New business model" has been the name of the presentation of Borja García-Albi, Vice President in Iberia and Latin America of RISCO Group, in which he has shown those present at the event how technology has helped various industries (giving examples to music and cinema) to change the way in which users consume these services.
Similarly, now thanks to the cloud, in the CRA sector it can take a step further and open up to other business models, which allows it to offer new services to users such as automation and video verification.
Having the information in the cloud, helps to have a broader knowledge of the users and in this way they can offer services more according to their needs, that is, the market can be segmented, something that was previously impossible in this sector.
In addition, thanks to the cloud, you can carry out the procedures remotely and offer users to pay only per use. This opens up a wide range of possibilities as you can enter unexplored markets.
"In short, the Cloud gives us added value such as the possibility of adding layers of services and that everything is scalable and flexible," says García-Albi, "It also helps us combat account leakage since we grow the average income per customer, reduce defaults, operating costs and improve ease of management."
