Being aware of the latest movements in the industry, we thought it was time to dedicate a few lines to the great work done by women, who are increasingly joining the electronic security world.
During the time I have been in charge of SECURITY SALES, I have had the opportunity to share with many of the leading women in our segment and what has most caught my attention of each of them is their drive and desire to get ahead, both personally and for the company they represent.
Today we see more prepared women, with deep knowledge about their work and with an exceptional human quality. In a guild in which men occupy the vast majority of positions, women have known how to carve their own path and we already see with pride that today some are leaders of their companies, recognized for their excellent interpersonal relationships and supported by their professionalism and humility.
There is not enough praise for them. They have become the role model for many of us and today more than ever we need to continue to strengthen support and acceptance in our sector. We want to see more professionals involved in formulation, application or inspection of coatings, we want more leaders and balance in terms of opportunities.
There is still work to be done, I, as a man who in some way contributes to this sector, support the growth of women and I am fully confident that they have invaluable potential to take advantage of thinking about the good of companies.
Women, what you have earned has not been free, it is the result of your effort and your dedication that we know will continue in that way.
