Central America. The Latin American Security Association will hold on October 9 the fourth edition of the ALAS Technological Meeting in the Dominican Republic with which it ratifies a close relationship with the Caribbean country, providing a space for learning and business.
At the event, attendees will be able to learn about the latest solutions and technological developments for the sector with the academic conferences of PELCO and Softguard:
- 'Breaking myths of video surveillance (video analytics, ONVIF and megapixels)' which will be in charge of Juan Carlos Castañeda, Account Managers for North Central America of PELCO.
- 'Use of Smartphones in electronic security services' dictated by Daniel Banda, CEO of Softguard.
- Additionally, attendees will find the latest technological developments from 3xLogic, Anixter, Axis, Huawei, NVT and Samsung; sponsors who will make the brand presentations:
- 'Video, access and business intelligence, complete, simple and scalable solutions with cloud management', by César González, International Sales Director of 3xLogic.
- 'Innovative ICTs make safe cities smarter', presented by Luis Guillot, Huawei Government Solutions Architect.
- 'Alternative forms of IP migration' by Antonio Pérez, Regional Sales Manager; the Caribbean, Central and South America of NVT.
